How does the program work?

How do I become a member?

- Memberships are free. Visit any one of our state-of-the-art Queensway Automotive Group dealerships and ask to be enrolled. Once completed, you can access your online account and start earning rewards right away.

Are all membership cards digital?

- To reduce our carbon footprint and reduce the use of plastics, we’ve opted to use a digital app that individuals can easily download on any smartphone device. If you are having any complications downloading our app, please reach out to any one of our locations, and one of our brand specialists will cheerfully walk you through the process.

Can my earned rewards expire?

- If there is no activity on your account within 24 months, your rewards will come to maturity. Before your maturity, and with your consent, we will notify you of your expiring timeline for you to take full advantage of your remaining balance.

Can I use these rewards at any dealership?

- Any affiliated Queensway Automotive Group dealership will honour any valid member and reward balance towards their purchase.
